A butcher bird came for a visit. She landed and stayed for a loooong while... singing here whole her repertoire of sounds and songs.
i've listened... watched... and was moved by her gifts. i tried to hear her message... what was she trying to tell me... Was it "listen..." ? or "stay still... do nothing... and embrace the present" ... i did. i listend. i embraced the present. The present moment is all we have anyway. We only feed in the illusion that there's more than it... The gift is the present. The present is the gift.  End-of Year Concert It has been a full-on -creative year. We've had Musical Soirees & Ensemble classes where students practiced, rehearsed and performed on 4 pianos in the studio. We had a Multi-Piano concert in Brisbane . We had Suzuki Graduation Concert in Sydney Opera House. We had many book graduation recitals throughout the year and 10 in the last 2 weeks... Now is the time to go on holiday - rejuvenate, share family bonding and enjoy the beach and nature. Thank you for a great year - children and parents ! Wishing all of you Happy Holidays !
